This website is owned by Sofeyia Panama / Sofeyia International, a European design house and made-to-measure manufacturer founded in 1981. The Sofeyia Mansion is located in Punta Pacifica, Panama City. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. Informational website

The content, images, texts and brand materials shown here constitute a prototype and promotional material. Prices, timelines and availability do not constitute a binding commercial offer until a formal contract is confirmed.

3. Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, typefaces, photographs and designs (including catalogue pieces) are owned by Sofeyia or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Services

Sofeyia provides design, manufacturing and installation services for kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, doors, panels and complete projects for homes. The scope, measurements, materials and timelines of each project are agreed in writing and constitute the applicable agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

Sofeyia is not liable for decisions made based on this site, nor for interruptions, errors or omissions in access to it. Use of the site is at the visitor's own risk.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City.
